In our QUIZ Prophylactic Programmes we offer you a relaxation programme, as well as ensuring your dental health. You could say that, in our practice, you’ll experience a ‘wellness programme for healthy teeth’.
Prevention, regeneration and a relaxing atmosphere are the most important building blocks of our Anti-Stress concept. You receive long-lasting healthy teeth and satisfaction.
How often should I attend the QUIZ programme?
In order to achieve the best protection from tooth decay and gum disease, we recommend coming to our QUIZ programme regularly, that means every 3 to 6 months. The frequency of your visits to the QUIZ programme depend on your own personal dental health and is therefore arranged individually with you.

Components of the QUIZ Prophylaxis
Dental health check:
- Individual recommendations and measures for oral hygiene at home
- Careful removal of hard and soft plaque
- Possible application of a varnish which reduces the caries-causing bacteria
- Gentle cleaning of any gum pockets
- Fluoridation of the teeth. Fluoride hardens the tooth enamel and prevents damage to the teeth
Premium QUIZ
Our premium programme offers all-round protection for your teeth and comprises:
- Dental health check
- Gum pocket measurement following a surface anaesthetic
- Colouring the teeth to make plaque visible
Recommendations individually made for domestic oral hygiene routines
Application of a caries early diagnosis device, including documentation for the following checks
- Careful removal of plaque and bacteria from teeth and mouth
- Gentle cleaning of any occurring gum pockets followed by a disinfecting rinse
- Where required, ozone therapy to reduce infection
- Fluoridation of the cleaned teeth to harden the enamel
- Individual pack for oral hygiene at home

KIDS Programme
Our kids’ programme has been specially designed for our young patients. Through age-based preparation before the treatment, the children learn about the importance of regular dental care.
The programme consist of:
- Colouring the teeth to make plaque visible
Recommendations and practice in oral hygiene for home use
Careful removal of plaque and bacteria from teeth and mouth and possible application of a varnish, which reduces the caries-causing bacteria
